The package arrived damaged (destroyed by the postal carrier). Shake-N-Bass handled the situation very professionally and was willing to provide a refund if necessary, but thankfully the pedal was OK. I would have no hesitation to buy from them in the future!

Other than FedEx dropping the ball everything went really smooth. Well packed, quickly shipped and the bass and case are actually even better than I expected for the very reasonable cost. I would buy from Shake-N-Bass again without a second thought.
