This is such an amazing bass. Best craftsmanship and tone of any bass I've ever played. Definitely a hybrid upright/electric bass with the sound the closest to an upright I've ever heard. Can be played upright with the end pin or on your lap. Has little lines on the top side of the fingerboard only visible to you to help with intonation. Here's a tune I used it on.
