I bought this pedal in 1999, and it sat in a box from then until 2021. It was scratchy and cutting out, so I sent it to Tech 21 for repair, which turned out to just be a good cleaning. I plugged it in when I got it back, noted that it worked perfectly, and have left it in the box they used to ship it to me ever since.
