This was going to be a Fenderbird but I've found another candidate for a conversion. The bass has a couple of bruises that go through the finish (lower right edge on front and back). During the bridge post removal, a small chunk came off, and was glued back on. This is kind of ugly looking, but it can probably be fixed. The neck and all the other parts are untouched other than being removed.

Here's what was done so far:
- Disassembled
- Neck pickup cavity widened by about 1/8"
- Bridge posts were doweled - this was because the original bridge holes were off center(?) enough to bother me. Only two were filled because a Supertone bridge was going to be installed.
