Up for sale is an all tube Trace Elliot Quatra Valve bass head & accompanying Trace Elliot 2103x cabinet.
As the name indicates, the Quatra Valve features 4x 6550 power tubes with the GP12XV all tube (2x 12AX7/ECC83) preamp. Power output is 220 watts into either 4 or 8 ohms (switchable on back of the unit).
The 2103x is a 300 watt, 8 ohm 2x10” cabinet with 2x5” high end drivers rather than a horn for a smoother and more subtle high frequency response.
Both units are in great overall condition with typical wear. Included are the original vinyl cabinet cover and a Gator mixing bag for the head.
Full disclosure: A previous owner replaced the power amp indicator light, so it’s a different red when lit up compared to the original red indicators. (see pic with amp powered up).
Also, the post on the cabinet’s attenuator knob was broken off when I purchased the cabinet (see close up pic of control panel). I still have the original knob. Here are a couple of links to the replacement attenuator pot(s) from British Audio Service in Nashville, TN.

Shipping would be difficult and expensive for these units, so I would prefer a local/regional sale where we could meet up. However, I’m willing to look into shipping at the buyers expense if interested.
