Begrudgingly putting my Trinity Trip Top amp on the trading block. I bought it for recording projects but there's a vintage B15 at the studio where I work, and all my home recordings are in the box, so this has become expendable.
From what I recall, this started out as a kit build by a local bassist and woodworker. He wanted the full Portaflex experience and set out to build a legit vintage-style cab. These are the results.
Trip-Top specs are available on the Trinity Amps site. Pricing things like this is tough since it's truly a 1-of-1 item, but a Trinity-built head is $2100 and unassembled kits are close to $900. Having a flip-top cab built would be an arm and a leg. I'm valuing this at$1800 $1500 in trade value, but that's just a jumping off point.
I'd prefer a local deal, as shipping would be prohibitively expensive. In terms of trade wants, I'm looking for Fender short scales, vintage Japanese 4-strings, maybe a Status or a low-end Alembic (4's only please).
