from the last MIJ run before the new current MIM West Ham United run before that other way off run ( red p/g) Fender ran but The run in blue .. so as to Run to the hills at a later date if you must ,Pretty well stripped down . No electronics Sorry never had the original metal pickguard but I did remove the Gold from an Aluminum p/g included which is cool I also had an ABM plate on there (not included) was nice look reference the many amazing pics. And no bridge that went to a J a while back where a Bad Ass is best suited imo bye bye .Previous owner partly shielded it and here is the original thread SOLD - FS Fender project part out Steve Harris P and Lake Placid blue J (bodies, necks, pickups) .Great shape though & made a killer bass with a nice weight , has few scratches , has 3 dinks or so that aren't too bad but cracked the clear coat ever so slightly but no chips, hard to see but so you know it's not mint . Fair weight especially considering all we hear is they are 10 + pounders .Not this one ! No pocket cracks and nothing major But here is what I have found out and I want you know going into it,, Not every neck fits a MIJ Fender. I have had MIM Duff neck and it was a perfect fit . However the MIM roadworn sat about maybe 1/16th of an inch away from the butt end pocket . MIJ neck , perfect fit .Warmoth nope it sat away from the butt end unless you use drill your own neck or find a match that butts up tight.. & KIds I like my butt ends to be super tight ! Right ... So with no rhyme or reason some fit tight & some don't butt up ...Proceed at your own risk of fitting a proper fitting neck on this MIJ body.ffs You get the Alder Royal Blue Metallic Body & the degilded Al p/g and Gibson strap buttons and a whole lotta Iron $275 shipped con U.S. lower 48 only ( sorry UK ) pounce now !
