US made Ampeg SVT, great sound and recently serviced.



It’s a great sounding amp that I’m going to miss having.

I don’t want to ship this amp but don’t mind driving several hours to meet you.


The SVT case has a Marshall Tucker Band stage plot on it, which I may just hold on to as a souvenir if it doesn’t matter to the buyer.

I’m in Waynesville NC, which isn’t far from Asheville

Waynesville! Panacea Coffee shop! My favorite little (big) coffee spot. Hope it's still kickin. Loved the back padio on the creek. I spent a lot of time there on a porch overlooking Lake Jualeska over the years from 1995-2006. My ex's parents retired there. I miss the whole layback vibe there. Great music scene in Asheville as well.

They (the city) cut down the trees across the creek at Panecea, as part of a maintenance schedule. I guess there are some power lines. They used the lowest bidder and those beautiful trees got butchered. Now when sitting on their back deck there is a view of a road and some industrial buildings. The community was/is pretty pissed off about it for sure

That’s disheartening. It was an oasis in the midst of trains getting filled with something. I hope to spend a day there again sometime in the future. Very nice town.

I've had great luck with the local UPS Store. I believe my last SVT shipment was around $125. They packaged the sh*t out of it.
