Gregory was super patient with me finding a box that was safe enough to ship with (the one I had made me nervous enough to look for another). On top of that he was understanding when UPS put the wrong address on the label, ran him off from the warehouse and damaged the darn bass in transit!!!! Lightning fast payment, great communication and a hell of a nice guy to boot. What more could you ask for??
