Thumb rest was inserted into a standard paper envelope with no additional protection. Package was ground up in a postal machine as a result. The seller has ignored my correspondence and refused a refund. I have opened a Paypal dispute as a result. I would not trust this seller, who apparently doesn't value his reputation enough to make good on a $5 transaction. Good luck, Luis.
