This was a transaction with a few bumps along the road, but in the end he made everything right. Thankfully, he tested the cab before boxing it up & discovered a blown tweeter & crossover. He gave me the option of backing out or he would have it repaired (at his cost) before shipping. I chose the latter. This took a couple more weeks before it was shipped. Then a box large enough needed to be found (it's a pretty big cab). Then FedEx lost the shipping label. I ended up missing 3 gigs with the cab because of the various delays. However, I am completely fine with that because 1) it wasn't his fault, 2) he kept me in the loop, and 3) eli could have backed out of the deal but he stood behind it. Stand-up guy!

I would be more than happy to deal with eli again in the future.
