My experience with Jeff was amazing. Due to my bank messing up the Zelle transaction, the transaction took longer than expected, and he was patient and understanding. Let me start by saying Jeff has been really good to me during this fiasco. He was very easy to communicate with and shipped the bass lightning fast. Unfortunately, UPS also lost the bass lightning fast. Jeff kept me in the loop the whole time he was talking to UPS trying to find the bass. Seems that it’s gone forever though. Once we both realized it wasn’t going to turn up, Jeff immediately refunded my payment.
Great guy to work with though and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. The universe just had other plans for this deal.
