We agreed on a price and he sent me a PayPal request. I sent the full payment exactly 39 minutes after getting the request. Somewhere in the span of the 39 minutes it took me to make the payment he accepted another payment from a different buyer.
He had my money and all I had was an email telling me he sold it to another buyer. He did refund the money but now I have to deal with the nonsense of ensuring my card gets credited, etc. A really crumby interaction and a horrible way to deal with buyers in general.

I checked my activity and the payment wasn't received and showing in my account until after I accepted the higher offer and had received their money. I was watching continuously because I was receiving multiple offers, and if I received your payment I would have ended the sale immediately.
Sorry it took so long for the refund, but I don't use paypal that often.
