He was very easy to work with. Was transparent about the condition of the amp and it works and sounds as advertised. Shipped in a heavy duty gator rack case which was a nice bonus and gave added protection. No complaints!

As my headline said, first time buyer, longtime reader. Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely accessible and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase in walking me through the the Logistics of the processes, answering my questions about the Demeter head, in addition to spending additional time sharing his knowledge with thoughtful answers to my many questions. His obvious knowledge and experience with music in general and this product specifically was very apparent and extremely helpful. He also packaged the head with extreme care and added in the original tubes in addition to allowing me to reap the benefit of his trials by shipping with his favorite tubes. My only complaint is that he wouldn’t sell me his great speakers so now I’m on the hunt for a CN112. Lol, I did get the 212 as he recommended, WOW! Honestly couldn’t imagine a more pleasant experience and way to purchase the Demeter-VTBP-800DJ.
