Everything was fine. It took a little extra time to ship, however, this was only do to the fact the seller wanted to ensure it was packaged correctly. So overall, that's a good thing.

Unfortunately, one of the original tube broke in shipping. These tubes are not good for use, but are nice to have.

Item got damaged in shipping via FedEx pack and ship program. Andrew was patient in dealing with the claims process. In the end FedEx paid for the repairs as required to the "pack and ship" terms.
It took some work on both of our end, but in the end things worked out.
