I can't believe this is still available! I wish I had a quick $1800 and I would be all over this bass.

The Sadowsky VTC pre-amp, Nordy pickups, & birdseye maple make this one killer bass. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing this bass, pull the trigger, you won't regret it!

I own Valenti #149 (purchased from my buddy - Bass has a great storied past which includes it being stolen & missing for 2+ years in Oklahoma City!), and a Sadowsky Jazz 5... & honestly, the Valenti gets the majority of the playing time.

Would yourself or Nino know how the neck and body was finished - poly or nitro? Also, is the neck quarter-sawn?
