I need to prioritize space on my board for a dirt pedal that lands between my current overdrive and fuzz options. That means that my near-mint condition VFE Bumblebee Jr has to go.
This is VFE's updated take on the Boss Slow Gear from the 80s. It basically removes the leading edge of a note, and swells it up to full volume. Think of it like an automatic volume swell. I used it to create keyboard/synth pads behind a hiphop band. It's a very effective pedal. It's also touch sensitive in that you can play hard/consistent enough to not get it to respond, but when you lay back a little it will trigger.
The last thing to note: VFE builds with super high quality components. The footswitch on this, which can be configured internally for different modes of operation, is simply the most robust footswitch I've ever seen. Excellent build quality.
$60 shipped to the lower 48. I will also entertain trades for distortion pedals plus cash as applicable.
