Pedalboard and power supply combo. The ISO-5 has velcro attached (I used it top mounted as shown). Several extra cables are included (including a reverse polarity cable). Bag has no rips or snags on it. Strap has never been used. I will note that I have the velcro hook side on the pedalboard (I prefer it this way, but I know most people seem to use loop side).
