Despite the format for the listing, this is MAINLY a trade listing. For Spector NS5 (34" scale) would consider NS5XL but 34" is my preference. Selling Price does include shipping within the CONUS. If you are from Canada, I will ship to you in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, but shipping falls on you. I use 3rd party billing, so the shipment wouldn't be as much as you'd think it is, so if you are not in an he CONUS and want this, don't be scared to reach out.

I am the 3rd owner of this beauty, my first Experience with a real deal Warwick, and it is fantastic, the build and solidity of this bass is absolutely perfect. The tone you get is wonderfully active, and I might ad, slightly more versatile than a Spectors. Alas I'm a Spector fiend and never feel quite complete without one.

I've become a believer that we are too quick to sell or send off instruments based on little things like string spacing. At first the 20mm was a little off putting, but I played this bass exclusively for about a week and got used to it and now actually really enjoy, the 20mm spacing, for the first time I feel like I make very few string flubs when I'm slapping, have enough space to do anything without contacting the other strings. Unfortunately, because of my oompa lumpa build, the playing angle and broad neck actually do pose a physical problem for my small hands, where I have to bend my wrist more extremely to reach the 5 string since my fingers aren't that long. I put up with it to play this beauty, and it really doesnt hurt until a few hours of playing, that said, it does hurt. And I feel like it may not be in the best interest of my wrist to keep putting it through that for years. I have not experienced this on NS5s/NS5XLs

It's got a few dimples in the bottom body wing by control cavity, pictured below

Looking for straight trade in a Korg or newer Woodstock Era NS5, may consider older Woodstock and SSD but with some cash my way.

3 piece Wenge neck 34" scale
2 solid flamed maple wings stained in a stunning turquoise color
3 band eq with push pull for active and treble control doubles as tone.
Gold hardware and pickups, 20mm spacing at bridge.
Nice Warwick Rockbag, with original documents included. Changed strap buttons to dunlops but will include the Warwick buttons.

This bass is not for the "weight?" Crew, it's a tank at. 11lbs and some change, but that solid feeling is what us Spector/warwick fans love isn't it? A nice wide padded strap is recommended.
