This 1967 WEM Watkins Rapier bass guitar recieved a full restoration in 2020. It has been used sparingly since then in a smoke and pet free home studio.
The bridge, body, strap buttons, small pickguard section with the WEM logo, neck, and Van Ghent tuning machines are original to the bass. The rest has been sourced using mostly modern parts. The adjustable bridge is an NOS Vox bridge.
This bass is currently strung with TI jazz flats. Frets are original and in very good condition with negligible wear. The truss rod turns smoothly. It's been refinished in light blue, with a light clear coat on the back of the neck.
The bass will ship in a non original HSC.
