For sale Westone Quantum 1985 Black

Westone Quantum X850 1985 Black. Made by Matsumoku, Japan.

The bass has all original parts, except the pots, which I believe has been replaced at some point in the past, the blue plastic rings between the metal ones on the string jaw screws and the chrome Matsumoku strap buttons, 2 of the old messing ones were missing.
Rusty pickup ring screws and jack plate screws are replaced by me, I used brand new Gibson black ring mounting screws.
The pickups are good and live, the pots work nice and smooth.
The bass was recently taken apart for detailed cleaning.

The body cavities, bridge, saddles and all the string clamps er free for all dirt that has been there since '85.
The neck fretboard cleaned and oiles, the frets polished.

There are dents and marks on the body and few on the neck, visible on the pictures. Ask for more detailed photos if needed.

The bridge, the saddles, the clamps and the headstock clamp, all work as they should and all adjustment screws work nice and smooth.

The bass will be shipped without strings. Use your own strings and intonate the bass as you like it.

A potential buyer can decide if the bass will be shipped with the neck attached or detached.
There is no original gigbag or the case for this bass.
I will be safely wrapped and boxed for the shipping.
