Bass was in a good shape, everything as shown on photos and described. Rob's attention to details helped transaction to go seamlessly all the way, awesome posting and photos, prompt and comprehensive replies.

This turned out to be a great transaction (no thanks to Fedex!) and I am happy with the quality versus price point.
There was a bit more tarnish and grime on the bridge and the side walls of the frets than I could see from the pictures but nothing a good set-up/ cleaning cannot remedy. I intend to do so soon. The instrument is in excellent shape for it's age and the wood quality (grade and cut) is better than I even knew, so it all evens out. Seller threw in a nice gig bag and strap locks as lagniappe.
It plays really well right out of the box and I am digging everything being 95% original (preamp and pick-ups especially.)
Overall, a good deal and great person to deal with.
