Up for your consideration is an increasingly rare bird, the Yamaha BB424x.
This is a recent acquisition for me but I haven’t seemed to bond with it as well as I thought. It’s in great shape overall, minus some basic play wear. There’s a tiny ding on the top side horn and some surface scuffs by the input.
Since I bought it I’ve had the pots cleaned, input resoldered and EB super slinkys put on it. There was also a weird buzzing coming from the A string. The problem was due to the nut slot being too wide, so, I had it filled and reslotted.
For trades I’d be interested in Fender Jazz type basses, Sterling Ray34, lower end Spectors or a G&L L2000. Otherwise feel free to shoot your shot. The worst I can say is no! I’m also willing to float cash towards the right deal.
