This is my mint Yamaha TRB 5PII. This was a new old stock purchase several years ago. Plastic is still on the case and on the back of the bass. Tone-wise this bass is a beast. If you are searching for this bass then you already know this.
The bass body is Ash with an Ovangkol top. The 35" scale 24 fret neck-thru ebony board has been laser plekked so the action is at 3/64 and very easy to play. Width at nut 43mm. String spacing at bridge 18mm. Both pickups are stock Alnico humbuckers with bridge saddle PIEZO's. The controls are Volume, Balance, 3 Band EQ and Piezo Volume. Weight is 11lbs with gold hardware.
I prefer local sales however if you require shipping it will be an additional cost for professional double boxed packing. No International shipping.
Between shipping fees, taxes, and customs fees I did pay a lot for this bass since it was shipped from Spain.
