This is an electric upright bass manufactured by Jack Pimentel of JP Guitars, Puyallup, Wa. Plays great. Removable neck makes this great for touring or traveling. Set-up and break-down take just minutes. I recently replaced the on-board pre-amp with an Aquilar OBP 3 (I do still have the original preamp as well). If you're familiar with EUBs, the bass is identical to a Carruthers Sub-1. It has a chambered body, 3/4 size string length. My understanding is that this is a rosewood fingerboard.
