Pedals with preamp/DI/semi-parametric mids combination?

Like the title says. Is there a pedal that

1. works as a preamp and is able to drive a power amp properly (i.e. line level out)
2. works also as a DI-box
3. has got a semi-parametric mid control

The only pedals I can think of are the Sansamp Para Driver and Aguilar Tone Hammer. Any others?

DHA DI-EQ. Mine even has independent level controls for the DI out & 1/4" line out.

Thanks. The VT-1-EQ looks quite interesting. Has it replaced the DHA DI-EQ, because I can't find the DHA-DI on their website. It seems that the market isn't that flooded with products like these. The only one I could find besides these that are mentioned here is the L.R. Baggs Para Acoustic DI preamp.

The VT1-EQ-Bass was around long before the DHA-DI-EQ. Pedals with a VT1 or VT2 in the name mean they have 1 or 2 tubes/valves in them, pedals without the VT are solid state.

The website needs undating but you find all the latest pedals in our ebay shop - www.ebay.co.uk

Straight from the horse's mouth! Brilliant! I checked your ebay offerings and it looks like I found a winner in the form of DHA-Twin-DI-EQ (yeah, I tend to like SS more than tubes :hiding: :D). It seems that it's got everything I need and even more. Now how to convince my wife that I definitely need this also, because I bought a new rack preamp not more than two weeks ago...... :D

Another option (not to take away from DHA's fine products - I have a VT1-Std-Bass-Plus that I've found to be the best overdrive for low end) is the sadly discontinued Fishman Dual Parametric DI. If you see one second hand snap it up - incredibly versatile and built to last.

That's not really true. A 1/4" pass jack simply splits out an instrument level signal. You need a line level signal (often a strong one!) to efficiently drive a power amp. To achieve line level, you need an active powered unit & often, power amps require a balanced 1/4" input as well to get full power! A simple 'parallel out' or 'thru' jack on a standard di will not get the desired result (although you will get some volume, just not what you need to use your power amp effectively).
