PICS NOW ADDED!
Well, I have been eyeing a Pedulla Rapture that had been hanging out at a local pawn shop for well over a year! I've played it numerous times, but given it's cosmetic condition, I thought the $995.00 price tag to be a bit too high. I had tried numerous times to talk them down, but to no avail!
Well, today I decided to do my bi-weekly walk about through the local pawn shops to what's new and yes, to check and see if the Pedulla was there... when I arrived at the shop, it appeared to be gone. No problem I thought, it wasn't meant to be. The sales guys comes over to ask me if he can help me and I asked when he sold the Pedulla? Not sold he said... "it's been hanging here for a long time, so I decided to take it off the hangers to rotate some stock.
Hmmmm, I say to myself... what would you take for it? $575.00 plus tax and it's yours... soI thought about the ramifications at home, should I bring home yet another bass... for all of about 10 seconds and now I find myself the proud owner of a Pedulla Rapture!
Green with a pearloid pick guard, single Bart pickup and three knobs, I believe being vol, bass and treble. Also has a pre-amp switch... no I did not plug it in today, although I have in the past and everything worked perfectly.
As it did not come with a truss rod tool, I'll be making contact with Pedulla to order one as the bass does need a good set up.
I know, Iknow, no pics, no bass... but I just got it 1/2 an hour ago!LOL
