Late 80's classic Woods, 2 channel amp. Green light
model, 225 watts @ 8 ohms. Updated and overhauled
two years ago. Rechecked a week ago. Like brand new
on the inside. Normal outside wear. $1,200. Still the
best upright amp around.

I'm sort of new to this. Does this have a speaker or speakers in it or is it just an amp head? How big is it and how much does it weigh? I'm really interested in portability, but I also wouldn't mind if I could play electric bass through it.

Hi Fred. Do a search, i'm sure you will find many
threads on these amps. Its only the head. Its
about 8 or 9lbs. 2 channels. The dimensions are
about 3.5in H-12.25in w-8.75in D. Works well for
upright or electric. This is one of the classic series
amps. Search around, you will find much info. Thanks.

Pics?..... well.... no. (damn!) There have
certainly been many threads with pictures of
Woods amps. I can try and get some up. It has
some basic use or bag wear, but nothing major.

I'm really having a tough time letting myself
sell this amp. I've gotten offers, but i haven't
found anything i like more yet.
