Ohhhhhhhh, God, why do they torture me thus? I have to go wipe myself down after looking at those pictures. Jens Ritter has got to be some sort of meta-human. The paragon of human endeavor and artistic vision.

Yeah, but he sucks with email...repeated emails from me over months and no response. I've given up trying to get a custom Ritter fretless, despite my love for my fretted. If anyone wants to order, definitely go through the Low End or someone similar.

This doesn't sound like Jens. He had some health related problemns this year too...

Jens is a friend. I'd do what I can to help you get in touch with him. Pm me.

Peace,
JP

Thanks ChiliPepper and JP.

Just to clarify:
I wrote him May 9, May 19, and June 7 about specs for a bass and he responded June 29 (but did not answer my questions).
I responded July 1st (filled out a form with specs) and August 3 and I never got a response.

I realize he had problems with his health earlier this year, but it seems like he was back to work, and going to NAMM and all that. I'm probably not going to order something at this point, but the experience has been disappointing.

Again, I love my Ritter; it's going to be mine for life.

He get's a LOT of mails . When i had a question about the GTG i often wrote a few mails because he forgot to answer or his inbox was full.
