weird food combos

While being extremely bored today, I had made two really great disoveries. And while everyone thinks i'm insane, I thought i'd let you know of two amzing food combos.

Pepperoni Pizza + Vanilla Ice Cream

/and/

Ruffles Original Chips + Vanilla Ice Cream

THis is what happens when I have too much time on my hands. Nayone else got any messed up food comvos they would like to share? I'm bored, so I'll be here a while....

ps, Black Pepper on Strawberries is also quite yummy :smug:

While sticking to the ice cream agenda, a little bit of Ginger Ale and ice cream can be interesting (only because the ice cream crystalizes and its awesome. Tastewise its not bad).

that sounds like all your 2000 calories right there

although vanilla ice cream after pepperoni pizza would be great

i can't say that i know of any weird combos that i do, as nobody tells me its weird

Everyone I know from the US and Western Canada says this is wierd, but I love it (along with most of Eastern Canada):

Poutine... French Fries... Gravy.. Cheese...

Amazing...

French fries and pizza.

Dill pickles and chocolate. When I was a kid my mom forbid me to eat that because she said I would throw up. It tasted like Heaven.

french fries dipped in whipped cream/milkshake
coffee on pancakes (Special Thanks to an accident my good buddy John had)
syrup in coffee
peanut butter and beef sanwich
drinking orange juice while eating chocolate
chocolate ice cream in coffee
BBQ sauce on eggs
BBQ sauce mixed in with mashed potatoes
"Nick's Custom Spaz-O Sauce" Ketchup + Mayo + Jalapeno Cheese + BBQ + Honey Mustard (I concoct this when I'm at Fudruckers, it's good with fries and burgers)
Starbucks (storebought) Frappacino and Jim Bean
Pop Rocks and Tab Energy Drink
Bagels dipped in mashed potatoes and gravy

Yeah, I'm wierd

That's all I can think of right now, if more comes to mind I'll add more.

Ranch dressing on cheese pizza (maybe pepperoni).
Scrambled egg & grape jelly sandwich.
Peanut butter on a hot dog.
My wife dips peanut butter sandwiches in chicken soup.

Some fast food places around here have pizzas that have ranch dressing and kebab meat on them.. usually with some combination of pineapple, jalapeno, shrimp and/or mushroom, too. They taste excellent!

I absolutely love poutine but was surprised to say the least when I saw a plate for the first time!

Living in Dawson City and playing at the Eldorado at the time, I was asking what this one table wanted to hear when a plate of poutine showed up!

The let me try some and I've been hooked ever since! :hyper:
