If you were limited to 3 (or 4) pedals...

-CAE V-comp (or another good compressor/limiter)
-Pigtronix Disnortion
-Aramat Tremolo

I like the trem for the slow doomy stuff I'm doing lately, but if I was doing more of a funk-flavored gig I would switch the trem for an auto-filter, probably a Maxon AF9.

If I could only bring ONE pedal it would be an Ibanez UE303B!

Hmm...

Chorus (EHX Small Clone ... maybe an EHX stereo Clone Theory, when it comes out) - For spaciousness and solos
Overdrive (SansAmp BDDI ... maybe an EHX Muff Overdrive, when it comes out) - It's hard to be a rock bassist without some dirt! :bassist:
Compressor (Aphex Punch Factory) - For all of the clean stuff, and enhancing the unclean!

I might also want Fuzz (EHX Little Big Muff) instead of chorus, but it really depends on the setlist.

The great part is that each pedal is about the same size, and they're all small... man, talk about portability! :smug:

Let's see...

an overdrive/fuzz, a modulation device, and a delay looper thing.

Either an Ibanez TS9DX or a Boss OC-3 octave/fuzz, an EHX USA Small Stone or some type of kick ass Flanger, and then either a Boss DD-3 delay or a Danelectro Reel Echo. If I could only take one pedal, it'd be an overdrive of some sort.
