Epiphone Ripper remake any opinions?

I think it'll look the same (ish) and thats about it, the original Ripper had two big mudbuckers and the new one has a P/J setup (if i remember right). Dont think it'll sound too similar really.
didn't they have a Ripper reissue that just had one single humbucker? Seemed like I've seen one that looked more like a fixed position Grabber
