Bad Grammar?

It annoys me when people keep referring to "those ones" - when the "ones" part is completely superfluous .
It was those, over there!

What gets to me is when a conversation goes,
"Hey, How's it going?"
"It's going good"

When a post is filled with bad grammar/spelling, I find it hard to take the poster's point(s) seriously, unless the poster is from a non-English-speaking country.
It annoys me as well. But, knowing that I don't have perfect grammar to begin with, I wont nit-pick. Correct punctuation and capitalization bothers me the most.

People on the internet really can't get to me. Even people in "real life" can't so easily. I just tend to fix the mistakes in my head, and think lesser of the person
