Victor Wooten Ying-Yang bass

Hi!
I'm searching for one little thing what is on Victor Wooten Ying-Yang bass guitar. I know what for it is but I don't know how can I call it. How is called this black sleeve over the neck. How it's called?

Hi,
It's an elastic hair tie $.25 @ Walgreens. To my knowledge Vic puts it on the neck to keep the open strings (semi) muted so they don't ring. Sometimes he slides it up the neck for upper register playing. His brother Regi puts more than one on his guitar neck and makes some interesting tapping effects between the scrunchys.

I have actually used one of my velcro cable ties with pretty good success and those are easier to put on. Right now I have a regular one on my F-Bass and it did get stretched out a little. Stupid of me to stretch it over the body of the bass instead of the neck/tuners....:D

I have found how to get all things done easy and without any problems... Just see pictures...
This is adjustable elastic what is possible to open so you don't need to do anything what is listed above. :D
I made it and now I'm thinking to sell them.... ;)
