Your Nom de Plume / Handle or Pseudonym used here

I used my real name as a subscriber but my signature below is P bass dinosaur because that’s how I feel when I go in a jam session and "younger" fellows are using some active soap bars basses, Stingray and 5 string monstrous jazz basses. 😁

Not counting the headless basses, Bongo, Reverend…………….

Kept trying to think of something clever and came up with nothing good. So I thought about an annoying aspect of certain basses. And came up with Neck Diver. By the way I don’t scuba or skin dive much, so handle is about a neck heavy bass. Thought the giraffe would get the point across.

My Dad picked it , my Mom wanted to name me Jan (Swedish for John, pronounced yawna) glad my dad won the argument
My mom considered naming me Jørgen, but I think everyone realized that next to no one would ever pronounce it anywhere near correctly in the United States, even in our community with many families descended from Scandinavian immigrants. I ended up with Joseph, which most people can pronounce, but surprisingly many have trouble spelling.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
