Tonebender 9v "Mod".

Introducing my first pedal mod :)

Ingredients:

(1) Colorsound Tonebender (see above)

(1) 1 Spot 9v Battery Clip Adapter [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

(1) Drill with necessary drillbits.

No more batteries for me! I'd like to get a nicer rubber attachment for the 9v hole, but the electrical tape will do the job for now.

What do ya think fellas? :) I'm pretty happy with it.

Damn that really sucks... was it hard? I'm getting my tonebender in tomorrow and didnt know about this..

You would use 9v DC power right?

Yeah, same as the Boss/1 Spot/etc adapters. Like sonicvi said, I've heard it's not hard to add an actual DC jack, but I don't know where to get one or how to do it. I figured this was just as easy and got the job done.

Yeah this was really easy. All you have to do is drill a hole in the spot of your choice and get the 1 Spot or Godlyke battery clip jumper cable.

The battery lasts a decent amount of time, but I didn't want to be buying batteries all the time to keep the pedal powered.
