Bartolini MK4CBC pickups...

I was thinking of trying a MK4cbc in the bridge. My only question is - how do I put a pickup with two bolts (total of three to mount the new pickup) on one side into my Lakland? The stock pickups only have two mounting bolts, so I don't know if there is an adapter of some sort available.

Hey infrared, just had those pu's installed in my Lakland 44-01 and it just kills! I had both pickups replaced and WOW!

Regarding your question, my repairman just drilled in 2 new holes to accomodate the new pickup (left side of pu) and used the one existing hole and the right side of the pu. He had no problem with it. Contact Brian @ bestbassgear.com and he'll fix you up. BTW, when ordering the pu's from Brian make sure you order the screws too. The Barts do not come with them, or your repairman may have already have some screws as was the case with my repairman.
