Superb customer service, they're a bit slow at replying to emails, but they got my bass from Japan to me (in Finland) in 4 days, which is quite incredible, considering that domestic packages in Finland takes at least 2 days, and those 4 days included Finnish customs as well!

I have to say that is one cheap website. Even with import tax and and custom duty your going to make a killing saving. Here in the UK. I know i'll be placing an order with them in the future. They have some nice Gibsons.

I have ordered other products from Japan and Hong Kong. Its amazing how quickly they do get products to you. I've received stuff in 3 days. There customer service is also good. If something broken they have in the past just sent a replacement. Granted they probably won't do that with a bass.

Here's a link to the pages...you DON'T need a translator, I didn't, and speak NO Japanese.... it's a little tricky, look for 'electric guitar and base' on this page, scroll down to 'Fender Japan' click that, click on the bass pic, look at all the pretty basses, select a color...make a selection - write down what you want, and then e-mail them an ask politely if they have the model and color you want. Thankfully, THEY will e-mail and communicate with you in English. Use a Yen to dollars calculator (There's a few on Google), and add the shipping fee, and bank transfer fee, (if any) to the total, wire it, and you're done. It took less than a week for the bass to go from Japan, to me in Reno, Nevada! Just be sure NOT to use the page to order - you must use e-mail to order. I've ordered two lefty P-basses like this. P.S. They arrive via the Post Office, perfectly safe, both of mine did -2 years apart. The first link is the site and correct page, lower one is the webshop e-mail.
