410he-what's in em'?

if you are referring to ampegs svt-410he, its 8 ohms total, and i wanna say its 32 ohm drivers in parallel. if not, then it is 8 ohms with 8 ohm drivers in series/parallel.
most likely 8 ohm in series parallel. i know my 6x10 was in series parallel. the 70s stuff and maybe some of the 80s stuff used 32 ohm speakers (my 77 b-40 did) but i dont think they do now.
Everything I've read indicates that the SVT-410HE has four 32 ohm drivers connected in parallel. Probably the same drivers as in the SVT-810.
weird i heard the 8x10 was 8 ohm wired series parallel. anyone know the advantage of series parallel vs series?
Well, if the drivers are all wired in parallel and one driver blows, x-1 will work (7 for an 8x10, 3 for a 4x10, etc.). If they're in series/parallel and one blows you'll have two drivers stop working.
A 4x10 wired in series/parallel could have to parallel pairs wired in series so that if a driver blew you'd still be running three, but most cabinets have two series connected pairs wired in parallel.
