I had to go with B. Sure it looks funny, but hey, you have to work within the limitations of the stuff you're given to work with. If he'd spout a few tears off and on, I think you'd have a real winner on your hands there!

I think "A" stands a better chance of actually getting approved by paul, so I'm going with that.

B is much funnier, but the problem is that new members won't get the joke and while having to explain it (or choosing not to) will add another bit of TB lore/another inside joke (carrots, The Quintar, pile-drivingly heavy etc) I think it will also get tiresome, especially if it is used a lot.

A is still funny, conveys unhappiness (and/or constipation) and would still have some cache while looking like the other smileys.
