There's a DOLL under my MIJ P-Bass pickguard!

I own a Fender Sting Signature model P-Bass. Made in Japan.
I removed the pickguard (just because I'm curious) and found a little doll in the cavity beneath the pick guard at the bass of the neck. He is made from paper and thread with black sand glued to his head for hair. He has a face also.
I can send pictures if anyone is curious.
I'm wondering if this is the Fender craftsman's signature?

thats rediculous..

a bassist friend of mine bought a guitar for his studio, and under the pickguard he found a bag of weed..he wasent the first owner though.

this is a lot creepier than that though...

Guitar was new old stock and looked un-used but there were no hang tags - so probably used.
I wish doll helped me play better. I'm thinking someday I'll open it up and find him missing (Yikes!) along with a missing steak knife from the kitchen drawer. Anyone want to buy a bass?
