Where to find replacement knobs?

I have upgraded some electronics in my bass, but now i need to add knobs to it. I'm not sure where to get similar ones for it.

One of the issues i'm running into, Reverb, eBay, etc, just seem to be selling the same pieces, which seem more tailored as a gimmicks rather than something decent. The design that came with the base also seems somewhat non-standard.

The attached photo is what i'm looking for (or something similar). Any leads on something like this?

It's going to be really tough to find exact matches with those intermittent grooves on the sides. I think your best bet is to find some similar knobs you like, and buy enough to replace all of them to match. A quick Google on "black plastic knob white indicator line grooves" found things like these:
