I was looking through some old posts that reminded me of this piece I read in the peabody bass blog. Has this been posted here before? I found it to be a very interesting read and thought I'd share. My apologies if you guys have seen this on here before.

I haven't seen it on here, but just by coincidence I was reading that blog yesterday. Jeff has a great blog and there are really great tips/bass info on it. If anyone hasn't checked it out, I'd recomend it. Thanks for posting the link.

Great blog post. Unfortunately, I doubt that was the case with NY. Just sayin...

maybe. i'm inclined to believe that it's the usual scenario anyways. makes more sense to me. plus, it's a bit encouraging to believe that the kind of players that take these auditions really are skilled enough that they should be able to qualify for the job, but the ultra-competitive reality leaves a panel too conflicted to agree on any one individual.
