What can I say, this is the bread and butter of the J music. Pioneered by Tomohito Aoki himself, the god father of city pop basslines. He was the reason Atelier Z came to exists and this is the original 'Jazz bass on steroid' here's a sound sample.
Condition is fair, it looks clean and shiny but the frets have some wear to them from the steel strings, however it still set up and intonate fine. Has one ding near the armpit cut. Action is low at 2mm E and 1.75mm G.

This is the 'do all' brother, combining the Jazz and Stingray sound in 24 frets form factor, it uses a true split pickup selector system that avoid sound coloring typically seen on PJ configuration. You either get 70s J sound or Stingray sound, a simple toggle switch and passive controls.
The bass is very clean, almost mint condition other than hardware tarnish, recently sent out for professional fretworks by Spencer Denton at Jimmy Wallace Guitars.

I have this bass on hand as it's the 4 strings version of my #1, but I'd be willing to hear your offers on it. 70s thick U neck 7.25" radius board, late '71 tribute build by Atelier Z. Two pieces selected Alder body, satin nitro vintage tinted maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, white pearl blocks and white binding. Hipshot Type A bridge, I do have the original vintage style Gotoh if needed. Atelier Z MVT handwound pickups, it is essentially an early 70s J bass elevated to the highest level of engineering and craftmanship.
In term of sound, you can think of Geddy Lee on this one, that 70s bite from the round and warmth of the alder and rosewood combo.

It's a Handmade series by Deviser, built by the masters at Aska, Japan. The same factory that handle Momose basses, this is a beautiful oil finished ash body and maple neck 60s Jazz. Very balanced sound and playability is excellent, these Handmade Bacchus would embarrass basses thrice its price point, Bacchus has always been the king of cost-performance instruments, the Handmade series is basically just them flexing their capability as a builder.
This bass is in mint condition, and is a deal of a lifetime, if you're looking for high end quality without $3000 price tag, this is it.
