    Took a year to decide what I wanted,nine months to talk myself into it,six months to decide colors/style and three months for them to build it.Here it is!!!! It plays/sounds as good as it looks.I have to watch what I think because it will come out the cabs!!!!

    Very cool story! I can relate. I tinker with a lot of old basses, without the quality of a G&L and I agree with everybody else!!! clean every thing and clean again.All the oxidation you saw on the outside is in all the switches,pots and the jack.
