    Just did the single coil mod to my g&l l2500 tribby

    In the 80's and early 90's basses the OMG option (single coil with bass boost) used the back coil of each pickup. (inner neck, outer bridge) the early 90's basses had a much brighter sound, though. Only the L-1000 had a 3 way switch. (Par/single/OMG) Love the thread!
