I have a Ampeg SVT 810HP. I've been looking at a few heads who's wattage doesn't match up with the cab. He keeps getting up my ass about underpowering. I've been trying to explain to him how it's entirely UNreal. But he won't listen to me. Can you guys help me out please?

I don't know too much about gear. I have an ampeg SVT 810hp. It's a 4 ohm cab. I was looking at the acoustic b600h but everywhere I look says it's a 2ohm head. Will the two not work together? Don't really get what would happen if I mixed a 4 ohm cab with a 2ohm head.

In my local music scene I've always been surrounded by ampeg and have always played them. What would you recommend?

Yeah i've played a 7pro a few times and i've always been able to get an awesome tone. I'd probably end up going with that in the end because ive used it many times and have only heard the orange in youtube videos.

Hey guys. So i just picked up a Ampeg SVT-810HP from craigslist. Im not much of a gear head and have always played a combo amp. What heads would you guys recommend i pick up? I was looking at the Orange Terror Bass and the Ampeg SVT-7PRO. Any type of help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.
