Out of curiosity I just had a look at my fender rumble 100 combo and it claims to be 220-240V, so I'm assuming the UK ones are identical to the European ones in this case.

This is the only picture of the rear of the JJ500 I could find and it claims 230V. Apparently the one in the photo was supplied to the UK. Thanks for the info, its certainly very interesting!!

That does make sense, what models did you see with the 230v setup?? And I'll be sure to post Ashdown's reply.

Hi thank you for the reply, I'm considering importing a JJ500 head into the UK from Europe and I'm struggling to find voltage info on it. I'm pretty sure all those sold in Europe came rated at 230 volts but I'm not sure. Thanks for the info on the CT300 as I was considering one as an alternative.

Does anyone know if Ashdown heads sold in Europe are identical to those sold in the uk. Thanks, Alex
