    UPDATE! Just received the pickups at my local courier in US will be shipping it to me here in the Philippines by this week, i escalated my paypal dispute to a claim, probably thats the one thing that made him do that, he PM'ed that he cannot do any transactions because of my dispute.

    If you drop an item for shipping, will the usps issue an acknowldgement receipt sort of? Im asking him to send me via FB a pic of that receipt

    Seems like yes you can get a tracking number without really dropping the item, i asked for his drop receipt from usps, still waiting for a reply

    He said he sent it out few days ago, but usps tracking site is still on preshipment, he said usps is slow on updating its tracking at times, is this true? Thanks
