TRUST ME!!!!! Got burned before.
Digitech RP250 guitar processor, I use it more than my Boss GT-10B.
Also Behringer V bass pro, setting number 18 C I believe is a great distortion I use for bass
Absolutely hate mine!
I use my V-amp bass, LIne 6, and Art nightbass all the time wish I hadn't run out and spent the money on this, its still sitting in its plastic in the box in the closet.
I think they are great if someone would make one that doesn't have horrible action ( without spending a lot of money), I don't use a pick so I would like to see an 8 string with the octive string at the correct high, even at the top with the bass string.
Not to mention that when I sold one of my 8 string guitars the buyer said that saddles on the bridge were stripped out and he couldn't tune it even though I only had it 6 months and never played it and it sat on a hanger on the studio wall the entire time.
There are a lot of shakedowns on...
It was said that the instrument we play is a " Bass Guitar" not a bass, so it is still a bass guitar no matter how many strings it has.
I mainly play and compose music on multi string basses, and my two main instruments are 6es!
Its weird there is more chance of me buying the marcus miller and buying an allparts or warmoth body to go with it. The neck is important and I really didn't like my Warmoth jazz neck.
I,ve have played 8 of them at 4 different music stores plus I bought one online and sent it back. They are ok for a beginner but the neck binding and fretwork were horrible.
Thanks guys, I really think I might have to have the custom shop make me one, I am not too keen on the Marcus Miller jazz, I don't like that black pickguard.
OK, here is the short question!
The best bass I ever owned was a Fender Japan 75 jazz bass reissue ash with maple neck and pearl block inlays and white pickguard I bought in 1996. I regret selling this bass almost everyday, last time I saw one on ebay it sold for a pretty penny.
I am...
No bass that cost over 600 dollars should be anything but one piece! PERIOD!!
I refinished an American standard jazz and it had a three piece of crap body under the finish so I had to replace it with a warmoth. Unacceptable at this price range.
